Tips For Getting The Most Out Of It:
Mapping out a day is ideal to do the whole program, but of course with busy lives that is not always possible, in which case making time to do one a session per week (of which there are four) is a good intention
It’s helpful to start by writing down which relationships you are struggling with, what it is about those relationships that is causing you an issue, and what would be a great outcome on completion of listening to the program recordings
‘Note taking' is not recommended as it engages the logical brain instead of the intuitive brain. In fact 'note taking' will likely impair your ability to immerse yourself in the understanding and get a new perspective
You have lifetime access so if you feel you’ve missed something or want to listen again then you can listen back and absorb intuitively as many times as you wish
Before you start watching the recordings make sure you’re warm and comfortable, perhaps with a drink to hand, with no distractions to fully immerse yourself
There are four sessions, so take a break after each session. Have something to eat and drink. Move your body by maybe going for a walk. Allow lots of quiet reflection time without going back into ‘doing’
Don't try and frame what you're learning against anything you've learnt before. An open mind and willingness to see something new will enable you to get the most out of the recordings
You won't be learning a magic formula. What you need to know is already within you. You will be guided on how to get in touch with that intuitively, maybe for the first time ever in your life.
