Each course or guide focuses on a specific area you may be struggling with, offering insight, clarity and practical steps to help you move forward with more ease. You’ll learn what’s happening inside your body, why your symptoms behave the way they do, and how to support your nervous system and daily routines in a sustainable, compassionate way.
These resources often bring women a renewed sense of understanding and empowerment - the feeling of finally having answers, direction and simple tools that make everyday life more manageable.

One To One Coaching
Working with me one to one gives you a deeply personalised, flexible space - ideal if your energy is limited, your symptoms fluctuate, or you need support that adapts to the reality of your body and your life.
I work with only a small number of 1:1 clients at any time, which means you receive my full attention and tailored guidance throughout our work together. Everything we explore moves at a pace that feels safe and sustainable for your nervous system.
You’ll also have the option to reach out between sessions if something unexpected arises — flare-ups, overwhelm, a difficult moment, or anything you’d like support with in real time.
This is calm, spacious coaching designed for women whose bodies need more care, not more pressure.
The Mind-Body Calm Group
There’s something incredibly powerful about doing this work in a small group of women who understand what it’s like to live in a sensitive, reactive or unpredictable body. The calm, clarity and insight that emerge - not just from being coached, but from witnessing others being coached - often create shifts that last long after the programme ends.
In our group sessions, we explore what helps the nervous system settle, what creates overwhelm, and how clarity and resilience naturally arise when the mind becomes quieter. You’ll learn to relate to your symptoms, your energy and your inner world in a way that feels gentler, safer and far less exhausting.
The shared experience is one of the most valuable parts. The support, the recognition, the “I thought it was just me” moments, these connections create a deeply safe and reassuring space for growth. Many women describe the group as a place where they feel seen, understood and genuinely supported.
You’ll be part of a small, intimate group of wonderful women, and there’s a good chance you’ll leave with new friendships, deeper self-understanding and a greater sense of ease in your day-to-day life.
Sessions are held on Zoom, and the group also has access to a private messaging space to share reflections, insights and gentle support throughout the programme. It becomes a rich, encouraging environment where learning feels natural and transformation unfolds at its own pace.
