Questions You Might Have...
-
I offer support in a few different ways so you can choose what feels manageable for your body, your energy and your level of trust right now.
You can work with me in small, intimate groups, one-to-one packages, or through single sessions if you prefer to start gently.
Many women living with hypermobility, dysautonomia, histamine issues or chronic fatigue carry understandable hesitations - especially if they’ve had difficult experiences with healthcare or have limited capacity for decision-making. For this reason, one-off sessions or shorter packages can be a helpful way to get to know my approach without committing to more than your system can currently hold.
At the same time, deeper and more sustainable changes tend to unfold over a longer period. Many clients choose to work with me for a year or more because they value the steady support, clarity and nervous-system ease that builds gradually over time.
Some stay for several years - not out of dependence, but because the work continues to meet them in each new season of their health and life.
You can explore each option in more detail on the Work With Me page.
-
Yes. Many women like to begin with a single session, especially if they’re managing fatigue, medical trauma, mistrust, or simply want to get a feel for my approach before deciding on a longer commitment.
A one-off session can give you clarity, grounding and support right away, and it lets your body and nervous system experience this work without pressure.
If you later choose a longer package, your first session can be applied toward it.
-
You choose the length of support that feels right for you.
Options include:One-off sessions
Shorter packages (e.g., 4 to 6 sessions)
Longer-term coaching (most impactful for nervous-system settling and chronic health patterns)
Ongoing yearly support for those who want consistent grounding in their health and life
Many clients continue for a year or more because this work evolves with them, and because gentle, consistent support creates lasting change.
-
Sessions are calm, spacious and responsive to your energy on that day.
We explore:what your body is asking for
what’s driving overwhelm or reactivity
how your nervous system can settle
how clarity and ease naturally arise when the mind quietens
Some sessions feel deeply insightful.
Some feel grounding and regulating.
Some are simply a place to breathe and not be alone with it all.Everything unfolds at a pace your system can genuinely handle.
-
No, this is not therapy or medical treatment.
It’s trauma-sensitive, insight-based coaching with a strong understanding of hypermobility, dysautonomia, histamine issues and chronic illness.I don’t diagnose or prescribe.
What I do offer is:clarity
emotional and nervous-system support and regulation
gentle guidance
practical and energetic tools
insight into how your mind and body interact so you become aware of unhelpful patterns
a compassionate space where you feel understood
Many clients say this is the support they wished they’d had alongside their medical care.
-
Not at all. Many women come to me before they receive a diagnosis, or during the long, exhausting process of trying to get one.
Chasing a diagnosis can be draining - physically, emotionally and financially. It’s often inconsistent, slow, and full of uncertainty.
Instead of pouring all your limited energy into that process, this work focuses on something far more empowering and immediately helpful:understanding your own body, building awareness of your patterns, and learning how to support your unique system with more clarity and ease.
A diagnosis can sometimes be helpful, but it isn’t required.
Many women experience meaningful improvements in their wellbeing long before their medical picture is complete.
Your lived experience is enough. -
This work is designed for you.
You can:
attend sessions lying down
keep your camera off if you need
pace as needed
take breaks
reschedule when your body says “not today”
We move with your body, not against it.
-
Yes. I never want finances to be a barrier to getting the support you need to feel better. I want support to be accessible while still honouring my time, energy and health.
Payment plans are available for most services, and I’m always happy to discuss what feels manageable for you. The aim is to find an arrangement that supports you without adding pressure, and that also allows me to continue offering sustainable, high-quality coaching.
-
If we feel like a good fit, I’ll recommend the option that suits your energy and goals.
You decide what feels manageable.
There’s never pressure, only clarity and choice. -
Absolutely. In fact, this is the perfect mix for many women.
The self-paced resources help you make small, sustainable changes in your daily routines - supporting your symptoms, energy, pacing and overall wellbeing. You can learn at your own speed, on the days your body has more capacity, without ever feeling rushed or behind.
And alongside that, coaching offers something deeper:
a calmer mind, clearer perspective, and a more settled nervous system.
The approach I use gently explores how your experience is created from the inside out, which often reduces overwhelm, softens reactivity and creates space for your body to settle.Together, the two create a powerful combination - practical tools for your body, and insight-based support for your mind - helping you feel more grounded, resourced and in control.
How it Works
01We'll Start With A Clarity Call
A gentle, pressure-free conversation where we explore what you’re experiencing, what you need, and whether this support feels right for your body, mind and life.
02You Choose The Support That Fits Your Energy
Some women begin with self-paced resources to understand their symptoms and build foundational tools.
Others choose 1:1 or group coaching for guidance, nervous-system support and deeper insight.
There’s no “right” place to start - only what feels doable and supportive for you.
03We Go At Your Pace
Your sessions and progress unfold at a rhythm your body can genuinely handle. No pushing, forcing or high performance expectations - just spacious, grounding support.
04You Begin To Feel Shifts
As your nervous system settles and your clarity strengthens, symptoms feel less overwhelming, decisions become easier, and life begins to feel more manageable and spacious.
05You Feel The Difference
You learn to navigate life with a calmer mind, a more supported body and a deeper understanding of what helps you feel well.
What They're Saying
Sarah’s approach and focus is unique - goes deeper than behaviours to get to the root of the misunderstandings we innocently carry as truth. My life is very different a year on. The noise in my head of over thinking has all but gone. I never worry or get anxious. Seriously it has been transformational.
I found Sarah deeply insightful.
Elke Edwards | One to One Client
I spend almost no time worrying about past mistakes or possible future scenarios, wondering what people think of me or second-guessing decisions.
I used to take my thinking very seriously and suffered from anxiety and crippling self-doubt, always analysing my feelings and trying to fix them. I no longer take things so personally so I’m able to focus on growing my business. This has freed up a lot of time to spend creating and growing my business, and I genuinely feel so much better on a daily basis.
Katy Roser | One to One & Group Client
Sarah listens in a way that you know you’re being heard, and which gets to the heart of the matter quickly.
I used to spend a lot of time in my head. Decision making was a painful and long-winded process. Now I trust my gut and my instincts more and more and am confident that I’ll make the right choice for me.
I’m able to set better boundaries, and have the courage to let go of those people in my life that no longer serve me. I actively pursue what lights me up – I’ve just moved house to somewhere I love and have made a massive career change.
