Here’s mine… weird?  familiar? relatable?

I am very high maintenance when it comes to my morning and evening routine, and proud of it! 

Sleep and energy levels are probably the first feedbacks from my body that something is out of balance. 

Of course sleep and energy are so intertwined too
I’ve poor proprioception. Pro what ??!!! I hear you say. 

Proprioception helps your body judge where its position and movements are in space. 

Mine is wonky.

All these years I thought hypermobility just meant I could do some cool party
