Many of us have spent years overriding our bodies, pushing through symptoms, ignoring fatigue, meeting everyone else’s expectations while losing touch with our own.
This often leads to burnout, resentment, frustration and chronic illness, it certainly did for me.
My coaching helps you step back into a kinder, more connected relationship with yourself, so you can create a life that supports your body, honours your energy and feels genuinely nourishing.
And I know what it’s like to live in a body that doesn’t behave as expected.
For years I chased the “ideal life” - relationships, success, identity - but inside my body things felt unstable. Fatigue, overwhelm, flare-ups, disconnection. I pushed and masked and tried to keep showing up. It was impossible.
What changed was learning to listen. Learning that when the nervous system is held, when energy is honoured, and when we give ourselves permission to rest and heal - clarity, calm and ease begin to emerge.
I now combine practical guidance for complex conditions (hypermobility, hEDS/EDS, POTS, dysautonomia, histamine intolerance, chronic fatigue) with gentle, inner‑led coaching rooted in timeless principles. Together, they give you tools and space to rebuild trust in your body - without pressure, forcing or quick fixes.
